Steven is an engineering graduate of Salford university (UK), and has spent his career working with engines of one type or another. After graduation, Steven spent several years working in the area of diesel engine research and development, being responsible for the performance and the durability of two engine ranges. It was during this time that Steven became interested in the area of lubricants and fuels. He has been working in the Automotive Lubrication arena for the last 9 years, supporting Castrol products and services. He is currently responsible for the interaction with the global truck manufacturers, as well as the heavy duty technology in North America, South America and Canada.
