David K. Chan, vice president of global reefer trade with the global container shipping company APL, a subsidiary of Neptune Orient Lines, has been elected to the International Refrigerated Transportation Association (IRTA) board of directors. With nearly 30 years of shipping experience, he has served as a member of the Singapore Cold Chain Council and the eSupply Chain Management Council of the Singapore Manufacturers Federation. He has also served on various committees in the Singapore Shipping Association.
