C R England, a Salt Lake City UT-based global transportation provider, has received the 2011 Transplace Platinum Seal of Approval, demonstrating its leadership in environmentally friendly and efficient services. Transplace is a leading non-asset based third-party logistics (3PL) provider.

C R England was one of the 40 carriers selected from more than 350 carriers to receive this honor.
Transplace, a provider of transportation management services and logistics technology, selects carriers based on specific performance criteria and qualitative customer service scores. Only those with the highest scores on all qualifying criteria are awarded Platinum Carrier Status. C R England has been an award recipient since the program’s inception in 2007 for its on-time performance, customer relationships, and a commitment to reliability toward its global clientele.
Platinum Seal Award recipients must meet these performance-based qualifications:
•3,000-plus loads annually
•An environmental score of 1.0 or better under the Environmental Protection Agency’s SmartWay Transport Partnership
•Performance metrics: on-time delivery of 98% and on-time pick-up of 80%
•Load tender metrics with acceptance rates of 80% and freight allocation module acceptance of 100%
•Cargo claims resolution rate of 95% within 60 days
•On-time submittal of quarterly business updates/Transplace business summary
