Decker Truck Line Inc has announced its 2007 Drivers of the Year. Bahne Struecker was the driver selected for the firm's Reefer/Van Division and was recently recognized for his accomplishment at the Decker Christmas party in Ames IA. Struecker was selected as the June 2007 Reefer/Van Driver of the Month, receiving a score of 174 points out of a possible 180. He has been with Decker for 11 years, during which he received previous Driver of the Month recognitions and became a member of the Million Mile Team. Decker also announced its Drivers of the Month for December 2007, and Joe Holmberg received the award for the reefer/van division. He started with Decker in September 2000 as a flatbed driver, and in March 2005 switched to the reefer/van division. Holmberg and his wife, Mary, reside in Eagle Grove IA.
