Kamble president agrees
to acquire company's stock

Kamble Company Transportation Services, headquartered in Phoenix AZ, announces that Tim Pague, its president and chief executive officer, has signed an agreement with company founder Byron K Lee to acquire the stock of the company. Pague joined Kamble in February 2006 as chief operating officer and assumed full operating responsibility for the company effective Jan 1, 2007.
A national full-service transportation logistics firm, Kamble has more than 25 years of operational experience in truckload transportation of produce, refrigerated, and general commodities. It has offices in Arizona, Massachusetts, Maine, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Ohio, California, Texas, and Florida. The Eastern divisional office was opened earlier in 2007 in Amherst VA. Kamble has scheduled to open its Central divisional office in St Louis MO in early 2008.
