Medifleet merges with Ace Expediters

Medifleet, a division of Express Courier Systems Inc., is merging with Ace Expediters Inc. of Orlando FL. Terms of the merger agreement were not disclosed.
With operations primarily in the Northeast, the merger with Ace Expediters significantly expands Medifleet's geographic scope. The combined operation will serve customers in 29 states, with more than 1,000 drivers making more than 11,000 deliveries daily.
Medifleet provides same-day courier and logistics management services to the healthcare industry. Its focus is on routed, scheduled, will-call, and STAT service of ambient, refrigerated, and frozen diagnostic specimens.
