AirVersent's 20/20 Delivery is a workflow management system for pickup and delivery operations. It connects drivers in the field to order entry, warehouse management, route optimization, accounting, and customer service systems for real-time data collection over wide-area wireless networks.
The system enables complete proof-of-delivery and pickup information for such things as quantity, item scan codes, exceptions (returns, shorts, overages, etc.), customer contact information, electronic signature, and transportation metrics, including driver stops, breaks, and drive times, and fuel usage.
Included is GPS-based vehicle tracking and driving directions, with maps and traffic alerts to help reduce out-of-route transportation costs and identify problems in the fleet.
