Roadside Medical Clinic + Lab announced that Dr Royce Brough has received licenses for 11 Roadside Medical sites throughout Texas, California, New Mexico, New Jersey, Indiana and Oklahoma. A practicing emergency room physician with more than 35 years’ experience, Brough is founder of The Brough Group and Hospital Physicians of America Inc.

The Brough Group was founded in 1977 as an emergency physician staffing company providing services to community hospitals in Texas, Georgia, Mississippi, and Arkansas with plans to expand nationwide.

Roadside Medical began offering franchising and licensing opportunities within a limited number of markets in February 2009. Since then, the company has secured sites in Tennessee, Arkansas, Illinois, and Georgia. Through an exclusive partnership with Pilot Travel Centers, Roadside Medical provides professional medical services including DOT physicals and compliance, wellness programs, sleep apnea studies and treatment, and nutritional products in a convenient location for drivers. Roadside Medical has planned for a total of 80 sites throughout the United States located exclusively at Pilot Travel Centers.

Brough will be opening a location in Oklahoma City OK within the next 90 days, followed by one in Dallas TX in the first quarter of 2010.
