Truckload Carriers Association:
2008 Refrigerated Division
Annual Meeting

Meeting offers business strategies for the future

Although Refrigerated carriers are doing better than all other segments of the trucking industry, they nevertheless face a number of challenges. Key among them are dealing with the high cost of diesel fuel, the need for greater business efficiencies, load security, and managing environmental regulations.

The focus of this year's Truckload Carriers Association (TCA) Refrigerated Division Annual Meeting was on providing attendees with information, education, and insights to help refrigerated carriers operate more successfully.

Presenters and panelists shared their practical knowledge and experience, and offered a wide range of advice and approaches to help companies develop future capabilities for continued growth and profitability.

Complete coverage of the meeting, held in early July in Monterey, California, is presented here.
