Transplace has announced the speakers and topics for its 11th annual Shipper Symposium. The event will bring together Transplace customers, industry experts, practitioners, analysts, and academics May 7-9 in Dallas TX.

The event reflects Transplace’s commitment to address the latest trends and issues faced by shippers, and helping them identify strategies for improving transparency and efficiency within their operations. Supply chain visionaries and academic leaders will address economic and industry issue such as rising fuel costs, capacity constraints and regulatory changes that affect the transportation of goods across the globe. The study covers Dal-Tile’s efforts to consolidate its high-density freight with low-density freight from Whirlpool Corporation, Convermex, and Werner Co to reduce transportation resources, cost, and environmental impact.
