Haldex improves customer service

Haldex has installed a fully integrated phone system to route customer calls to the assigned representative. Customer calls will be routed directly to the representative assigned to the account. In case they are not available, the customer information will instantly be available to the representative who is handling the call. This allows each representative to fulfill customer requests quickly.
One call to Haldex Customer Service at 800-643-2374 allows customers to place an order, check status on an existing order, check stock availability for an emergency order, or ask a question.
