Allison Advantage means lower prices

Nov 1, 2004 12:00 PM

Allison Transmission has introduced Allison Advantage, a joint OEM, dealer, and customer incentive program. As part of this multi-tiered, North American-based program, Allison is offering reduced, one-time pricing on the new Highway and Rugged Duty Series transmissions purchased by non-Allison customers.

New vocational models, introduced in January 2004, enable fleet owners to better select the right transmission, which will allow more torque from an engine in the ranges it is most needed. The net result: owners are able to downsize the engine specification and save on fuel and initial cost. As part of Allison Advantage, non-Allison customers will receive a one-time transmission MSRP savings of up to 50% on many popular transmissions in the Highway and Rugged Duty Series.
