Gabriel Technologies acquires control of TRSC

Gabriel Technologies Corp has purchased majority interest in Transportation Solutions, Risk Management & Safety Consultants Ltd (TRSC) to offer logistic, risk elimination, and injury reduction products for the transportation industry. This deal will expand Gabriel's product offerings to include the industry knowledge of TRSC's problem-solving experts.
The two founding principals for TRSC, Bob Bonnett and Harry Cafcules, have extensive transportation industry experience. Bonnett has been a logistics executive, and his background includes operations, sales, safety, risk management, business development, and project management. Cafcules has been with three Class 1 railroads and is certified as a hazardous materials instructor in the rail and trucking industry.
