Teletrac Inc has launched an independent agent sales program. Besides its own direct sales force, Teletrac is now authorizing independent agents to sell its wireless fleet tracking products to commercial vehicle fleet owners.

Teletrac is looking for independent technology resellers throughout the United States that have wireless and electronic products in their portfolios. FleetDirector, Teletrac's flagship wireless fleet tracking system, lets commercial vehicle fleet owners in major metropolitan areas track the location of their vehicles in real time. The system also enables fleet owners to locate and recover stolen vehicles. This independent agent sales program gives Teletrac a way to further penetrate geographical regions that have FleetDirector coverage.
