Fifteen years ago, when Randy Viverette joined Cooper Leasing, the PacLease franchise in Raleigh NC, the company operated 100 vehicles and had a handful of customers. Today, Cooper Leasing's fleet has grown tenfold, and so has Viverette's responsibilities. He's done such an exceptional job that he was recently named PacLease's 2002 Service Manager of the Year.

Viverette began his career as a general mechanic. Now, as area operations manager for Cooper Leasing, he manages five service managers and 27 technicians and more than 1,000 lease, rental, and contract maintenance vehicles.
