Kenworth offers rebate for CBC members

Apr 1, 2008 12:00 PM

Kenworth Truck Company announced an extension through 2008 of a successful truck purchase rebate program with Consolidated Buying Company (CBC) and its petroleum hauler and grocery distribution members.

The program offers rebates to CBC members on qualifying purchases of new Kenworth trucks ordered through their dealer or bought from dealer stock. Rebates are $1,250 for orders of three or more Kenworth Class 8 units, $1,000 for one or two Class 8 units, and $500 for a Class 7 unit.

Limit for a single customer is 10 trucks per year. The purchaser must identify CBC membership to the dealer at the time of truck purchase. Kenworth will pay the first-year CBC membership fee for any qualifying customer that wishes to participate in the rebate program, but is not currently a CBC member. Other limitations apply on the rebate program.
