Kenworth of South Florida ready for business

Kenworth Truck Co has named Kenworth of South Florida as a new dealer serving the south Florida region. A member of Kenworth's dealer network of nearly 300 locations in the United States and Canada, Kenworth of South Florida has purchased the assets of Broward Truck and Equipment in Fort Lauderdale, with plans by dealer owners Todd Hays and Phil Mitchell to expand customer service in the area.
Kenworth of South Florida is near the Port of Fort Lauderdale and Interstate 95 in a 20,000-square-foot facility. The facility features 16 service bays (including a PremierCare ExpressLube bay), parts department, computer-controlled alignment machine, driver's lounge, and parts delivery and local fleet preventive maintenance.
This dealership is at 2909 South Andrews Avenue in Fort Lauderdale. The facility is open from 7 am to 7 pm Monday through Friday and from 8 am to 2 pm Saturday, with Sundays by appointment. The phone number is 954-523-5484.
