Sacramento Kenworth's open for business

Jun 1, 2006 12:00 PM

Sacramento Kenworth recently held a grand opening attended by nearly 500 customers to celebrate the first six months in its new facility.

A member of Kenworth's dealer network, Sacramento Kenworth is in a 40,000 square-foot facility on nearly six acres near Interstate 80. Tom Bertolino, Sacramento Kenworth dealer principal, and his business partner Harry Mamizuka made a significant investment in the new facility.

The grand opening featured a tour, food, trade fair with 35 vendors, DVD on the facility's construction from the ground up, and raffle with 120 prizes. A display of classic Kenworth trucks included a 1930 Kenworth exhibited by Bob Nickum of Valley Farm Transport in Dixon CA, and a 1954 Kenworth and a 1963 Kenworth shown by Ed Rocha of Valley Enterprises in Modesto CA.

Sacramento Kenworth is at 707 Display Way, Sacramento CA.
