Edy's signs lease for industrial park space

Nov 1, 2007 12:00 PM

Edy's Grand Ice Cream has agreed to lease 60,443 square feet of space at Building F of Technology Center of Georgia, an industrial park in Lawrenceville GA close to Interstates 85 and 985 in Gwinnett County. The ice cream producer and distributor is scheduled to move in during January 2008.

Of the leased space, about 19,293 square feet comes from space now occupied by Precision Medical, with the remainder being empty. Technology Center of Georgia is a 275-acre mixed-use development, and the 218,191-sq-ft Building F was constructed in 2004 on 12.15 acres.

Edy's Grand Ice Cream is the brand marketed by Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream, a subsidiary of Nestle SA.
