extend service agreement

McLane Co Inc and ExxonMobil Corp have signed a new agreement that extends through 2011. Under the agreement, McLane will distribute food and non-food products to Exxon and Mobil retail locations throughout the United States.
ExxonMobil Corp operates more than 1,200 Exxon and Mobil branded company-operated and On the Run franchise stores in the United States, as well as seven refineries, four of which are integrated petrochemical facilities.
McLane provides distribution services throughout the United States, delivering food and non-food products to more than 50,000 customer locations. Headquartered in Temple TX, the company operates 19 grocery distribution divisions and 18 foodservice distribution centers.
