Coverage Of the annual Foodservice Distribution Conference & Expo, begun in Refrigerated Transporter's December issue, continues here. The event, held this past October 7 to 9 in Louisville, Kentucky, included workshops designed to present methods and ideas for dealing with the many issues and challenges faced by the various segments of the foodservice industry.
This meeting coverage reports on the sessions that dealt with hybrid vehicles and equipment, issues impacting foodservice trailers, more effective interviewing of job applicants, and best practices of foodservice distributors.
