Superior Farms has expanded its partnership with Colorado Box Beef Company Company (CBBC), a Florida-based distributor of protein and food products for the southern United States. Customers in Florida and the south will now receive the service of a regional distributor coupled with the resources of the largest lamb company in North America.

In Florida and the South, CBBC will handle all aspects of customer service, sales, and delivery of the Superior Farms brand of lamb and veal. The location is ideal for serving Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Louisiana, Texas, Mississippi, the Carolinas, the Caribbean, and other international markets.

CBBC was founded in 1975 by Richard “Dick” Saterbo. The company is privately held and led by co-chairmen Bryan Saterbo and John Saterbo; John Rattigan, president and chief executive officer; and more than 440 dedicated team members. CBBC specializes in providing beef, pork, poultry, lamb, veal, seafood, cheese, lunch meat, and a variety of fresh, frozen, and dry products. Customers include independent and chain retailers, cruise lines, foodservice distributors, and other companies throughout the United States and abroad.
