Tommy Moloney’s signs
distribution agreement
with J Kings Foodservice

Tommy Moloney’s Meats, a leading importer and producer of Irish meat products for the United States, has signed a major new distribution agreement with J Kings Foodservice, a key independent food products distributor in the New York metro area.

To launch the new distribution accord, the companies will host a Culinary Spectacular January 25, 2012, at The Manhattan Club at Rosie O’Grady’s in New York City. This event will run from 10 am to 5 pm EST. Several hundred representatives from Tri-State foodservice establishments are expected to attend from the area’s hundreds of hotels, grills, catering establishments, Irish restaurants, bars, and other foodservice outlets.

The company has a separate distribution arrangement for its product lines to retail supermarket chains throughout the United States and Canada including ShopRite, Stop’nShop, and Loblaws.

Based in Holtsville NY on Long Island, J Kings Foodservice is seeking to grow its business with independent pubs, restaurants, hotels, delicatessens, and bagel stores in the New York metro area. The firm has been in business since 1974.

“For over 20 years, we’ve been coming into New York City to serve our customers from the Waldorf Astoria to Carnegie Deli. We’ve built our reputation by delivering complete orders on time at a fair price,” said John King, founder and chief customer officer at J Kings.
