Town & Country purchases Shelton Oil Co

San Angelo TX-based Town & Country Food Stores has completed an agreement to purchase Shelton Oil Co. Terms of the acquisition were not available.
Shelton Oil has a chain of convenience stores that operates under the Shot's banner, as well as bulk fuel facilities and a liquid petroleum gas business.
Town & Country Food Stores has 159 convenience stores in western Texas and New Mexico, and runs seven western Texas supermarkets.
