Tyson earns three IFDA awards in a row

Tyson Foodservice Group of Springvale AR was honored as the 2008 International Foodservice Distributors Association (IFDA) Supplier of the Year during the 2009 IFDA Partners Executive Forum. This is the third consecutive year Tyson Foodservice received the top ranking from IFDA members.
For the 2008 survey, 45 suppliers were rated on their effectiveness in these key business areas:
Conveying product information.
Working with the distributor sales force.
Quality of sales training material.
Communicating advertising and promotional data.
Availability of company representatives for handling account issues.
The award was presented during the opening banquet at the 2009 IFDA Partners Executive Forum, a top-to-top conference where top executives from foodservice distributor and manufacturer companies hold private meetings to discuss goals, objectives, and strategies for business growth.
