Vitality Foodservice Inc has purchased the Texas and Oklahoma key operations of Stan’s Frozen Foods Inc.

The purchase of Stan’s Frozen Foods beverage dispensing sales and service entities by Vitality Foodservice should substantially increase Vitality’s distribution operations and provide direct access to growing markets.

Stan’s will continue to partner with Vitality in New Mexico, Colorado, and Montana, and the resources from this sale will be used to invest in business growth in these markets.

Tampa FL-based Vitality provides beverages and beverage dispensing systems to the foodservice industry worldwide. Stan’s Frozen Foods is a privately owned and operated company headquartered in Albuquerque NM with offices in Colorado and Montana.
