Albertson's declares quarterly dividend

The board of directors of Boise ID-based grocery chain Albertson's Inc, at its quarterly meeting June 10, 2004, declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.19 per share. The cash dividend will be payable Aug 10, 2004, to stockholders of record at the close of business July 14, 2004.
Albertson's employs more than 230,000 employees and operates 2,500-plus retail stores in 37 states across the United States.
