C.R. England adopts HirePower module

McLeod Software announced that C.R. England Inc. has purchased and implemented HirePower, a new module that streamlines driver recruiting through remote, paperless data entry of applications and a controlled, consistent application process.
C.R. England specializes in temperature-controlled freight transportation. With more than 3,600 tractors and 5,000 trailers, the Salt Lake City UT-based company offers longhaul and regional service throughout North America. In addition, the carrier provides international inbound and outbound and dedicated contract carriage, as well as transportation management, brokerage, intermodal, traffic management and refrigerated LTL services.
Having added more than 1,000 trucks to its operation in the past two years, C.R. England is continuously looking to increase its roster of more than 4,500 drivers and independent contractors. The company operates four driver training schools nationwide where individuals new to the industry can obtain their commercial driver licenses.
