Dairy.com has earned a ranking on Deloitte’s Technology Fast 500, a ranking of the 500 fastest-growing technology, media, telecommunications, life sciences, and clean technology companies in North America.
Scott Sexton, Dairy.com’s chief executive officer, credits its loyal customer base and responsiveness to the evolving dairy supply chain with the company’s 138% revenue growth.
“I’d like to thank our loyal customers for working with Dairy.com to manage, trade, and move their dairy commodities,” he said. “For more than a decade, we’ve been honored to serve an industry that touches dinner tables across America.”
“Dairy.com, like all 2011 Technology Fast 500 companies, has excelled in fostering innovation and channeling it into spectacular growth—against the backdrop of one of the most challenging economies in history,” said Eric Openshaw, vice-chairman and US technology, media, and telecommunications leader, Deloitte LLP.
Dairy.com helps the dairy industry manage, trade, and move bulk dairy commodities through its Internet-based business systems. A Software as a Service (SaaS) provider, the website delivers bulk commodity trading, raw milk management, and dairy transportation systems for cooperatives, processors, manufacturers, and haulers.
