The howamidriving.com program uses decals with information for motorists to phone in comments about a vehicle's driving.

The decals are ergonomically designed so that the toll-free call-in number and vehicle identification are easily legible. There is an option for the entry of incidents via the company's website.

When an incident report is received, fleet personnel are notified by a telephone call, an alert on a hand-held device, or an e-mail. The notification contains key information about the incident and a recording of the actual call.

Howamidriving.com includes a flexible Web-based reporting tool that allows fleet personnel to “slice and dice” incident data to understand key trends, recurring driver issues, location of higher-risk operations, etc.
