Kenworth Truck Company has produced the 2009 edition of its online medium-duty body builders manual, which now includes Kenworth hybrid models for the first time.

The Kenworth T170/T270/T370 and Hybrid Body Builder Manual features information on truck models used in pick-up and delivery, beverage, and other applications.

This 126-page manual is useful when specifying a vehicle, especially when the body builder is involved in vehicle definition and ordering. Early in the process, professional body builders can often contribute information that helps reduce the ultimate cost of the body installation.

The manual contains sections on dimensions, safety and compliance, body mounting, frame modifications, and electrical for Kenworth 2008 and later medium-duty conventional models with 2007 PACCAR PX-6 and PX-8 EPA-compliant engines.
