J. J. Keller & Associates Inc. has introduced Maintenance Manager Online, a secure, web-based application for motor carriers to track and manage daily preventive maintenance tasks. Maintenance Manager Online provides a central place to schedule and record common maintenance, report on repair orders, schedule mechanics, and track inventory of vehicle parts. Users can access information through their Internet account, allowing companies with multiple locations or terminals to have PM data immediately available.

The application's home page provides alerts and reminders of key maintenance needs or service requirements. Users can monitor parts inventory levels in order to make sure vehicle parts are on hand or ordered, and can identify where specific parts are located. Maintenance Manager Online also allows users to generate a number of reports for unit maintenance.

Maintenance Manager Online operates as a stand-alone application and also integrates with J. J. Keller Mobile, in-cab technology that tracks driver and vehicle performance.
