Sysco Corp. opts to get
onboard with XATANET

Sysco Corporation, North America’s largest foodservice marketer and distributor, has selected XATA Corp. as its preferred provider of onboard computer technology.
XATA will provide Sysco with XATANET, its flagship fleet operations system, and implementation and training services to ensure a smooth adoption. Deliveries are expected to begin in first quarter 2008.
Houston TX-based Sysco’s private fleet is composed of more than 9,000 vehicles at 177 locations throughout the United States and Canada.
XATANET 4.0 was introduced in October 2007. Version 4.0 further expands XATA’s capabilities to provide a robust fleet optimization system, offering access to accurate, real-time data encompassing all aspects of delivery operations.
