Cadec Corp has added satellite communication to its Mobius TTS system.

The Mobius TTS system is designed to give users a variety of wireless communications methods and currently supports multiple WAN (cellular) and WLAN (802.11b) networks. The addition of satellite communication is targeted for customers that require contact with their vehicles at all times and travel in extremely remote areas where there is no other communication available for extended periods.

Satellite coverage provides an additional connectivity link for optimum business operation and safety concerns which, in conjunction with WAN and WLAN, gives Mobius TTS customers unprecedented visibility virtually anywhere and at all times.
