Central Refrigerated Services Inc has selected TripPak Online to process time-sensitive shipping documentation and provide workflow software tools that increase productivity and operating efficiencies.

“Our decision was driven by quality concerns, our desire to deploy best practices and maintain control of our original documents, while still capturing all the benefits of image-driven processes and cash-flow improvements,” said Robert T Goates, vice-president of Central Refrigerated Services.

The TripPak Online scanning processes provides certified electronic documents, as well as other data auditing and verification services necessary to expedite billing and settlement processes.
