@Road has announced plans to update its Driver Logs service to let users comply with the Department of Transportation and the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration's new hours-of-service (HOS) regulations.

Because @Road offers its services on a hosted basis, users have access to up-to-the-minute enhancements to their @Road applications without upgrading hardware or downloading software. The @Road Driver Logs service update lets users to automatically comply with the new HOS regulations. No user intervention will be required.

Launched in July 2003, the @Road Driver Logs service enables mobile workers to electronically record HOS information and duty status changes directly into their on-board @Road Internet Data Terminal.
