J J Keller & Associates Inc has introduced a network version of its Keller-Soft FMLA Manager, a software program that helps users manage and track leave taken under the Federal Medical Leave Act (FMLA) while accommodating federal and state requirements and company-specific leave programs.

The new network version will contain all the features of the original software, but will also allow multiple users to access a central database from their desktops and complete FMLA recording and reporting functions at the same time, without data corruption. A password feature is included.

The program uses a series of questions to help users set leave parameters for tracking leave according to federal, state, and company-specific guidelines. It helps users determine eligibility (when leave is requested) through a similar question-answer format. Once the questions are answered, the program helps schedule and track leave taken, including intermittent leave. It also tracks the amount of time used and time remaining for those on leave.
