Cadec Corp has announced that all of its customers who use Cadec's electronic Department of Transportation log-keeping systems will be compliant with the newly revised hours-of-service (HOS) rules. After evaluating the new regulations, Cadec has concluded that the Mobius TTS mobile logistics management system will fully comply with the new rules.

  • Trucks and drivers can switch seamlessly from old rules to new.

  • Mobius TTS will continue to provide driver violation warnings.

  • New violation and available-hours reports will be provided in the Office software.

  • Automated log parameters can be wirelessly downloaded to onboard units.

Cadec 3000 and 4000Plus products will also comply with the HOS rules.

New violation and available-hours reports will be supplied free of charge to all customers enrolled in the Cadec Annual Maintenance and Support Program. Accurate HOS status will continue to be offered for review by roadside inspectors and/or drivers.
