PrePassPlus keeps C R England fleet moving

C R England Inc, the Salt Lake City UT-based refrigerated and dry truckload motor carrier, has deployed the PrePassPlus electronic pre-clearance system throughout its entire fleet.
PrePass enables participating carriers to comply electronically with state weight, safety, and credential rules at weigh stations and ports of entry while their vehicles are moving at highway speeds. The “Plus” in PrePassPlus combines the advantages of weigh station bypassing with electronic payment of tolls within the E-ZPass network. PrePassPlus is operating at weigh stations and/or toll plazas in 31 states.
