ProTrack facilitates labor management

Tom Zosel Associates Ltd (TZA) is offering its next-generation Labor Management Software tool, ProTrack Warehouse 5.0. ProTrack compiles real-time performance data, enabling clients to proactively plan, measure, and manage labor activities throughout their distribution operations.
The system features objective measurement of associate performance to highlight those who consistently meet or exceed expectations, as well as those who fall below the performance baseline. It provides the basis for optimized labor planning by prioritizing the assignment of individual associates to the tasks at which they excel. Clients typically see labor savings of 15 to 35% of their DC labor costs.
ProTrack offers a robust reporting engine that provides supervisors and management with information on productivity and utilization. These reports can include all distribution facilities, all departments, work groups or individual associates, right down to the task level (roll up or drill down).
