White paper explores driver shortage issue

Duff Swain, president of the Trincon Group, has written a white paper highlighting reasons behind the industry's driver shortage and strategies to decrease the high turnover rate.
This paper presents several strategies to provide a long-term answer to the turnover issue. These strategies evolved from profile surveys done by Trincon over the past 16 years. They focus on recruiting or developing security- and career-conscious drivers who are self-motivated to increase their wage or position within a company.
