Accuride Corp sees sales surge in 2002

Accuride Corp announced net sales of $80.2 million for the fourth quarter ended Dec 31, 2002. This compares with net sales of $71.4 million for the fourth quarter of 2001, an increase of 12.3%. For the 12 months ended Dec 31, 2002, net sales were $345.5 million compared with net sales of $332.1 million for the same period in 2001, an increase of 4.0%.
The company's liquidity position remained strong as of Dec 31, 2002, with $41.3 million in cash and revolver availability of $27.5 million.
