Kenworth offers Donaldson SST air cleaners

Kenworth Truck Co now offers Donaldson SST stainless steel air cleaners to semi-truck owner-operators and fleets. SST air cleaners use Donaldson's advanced RadialSeal technology — pressure-loaded urethane that holds the filter firmly in the air cleaner housing to maintain a tight seal — and provides cleaner air flowing through the engine systems.
David Warren, product marketing manager with Kenworth, said, “The SST is available with our exclusive bright-finished air cleaner fairings for a very distinctive appearance on the W900 and T800 models.”
The SST air cleaner includes a twist-and-lock cover design that simplifies access and servicing. Airflow restriction is improved by 20% and dust holding capacity is increased by 8% with the Donaldson air cleaner.
