Port rotation is: Barcelona, Fos, Genoa, Naples, Port Kelang, Singapore, Yantian, Hong Kong, Keelung, Pusan, Keelung, Hong Kong, Chiwan, Jakarta, Singapore, Port Kelang, and Barcelona.

Lykes also has begun a service between North, Central, and South America and Southeast Asia. Both the Pacific Sprint (weekly fixed-day) and the Asia-South America Service (once every 10 days) will serve, via feeders, ports in Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore.
