McLane Co Inc has entered into a three-year service agreement with Green Valley Grocery, a family-owned-and-operated retailer with 28 convenience stores in southern Nevada. The agreement extends through 2008.

Green Valley Grocery is a division of Crawford Oil Inc, which is headquartered in Las Vegas NV. Richard Crawford founded the company in 1978. Green Valley Grocery Stores provide Shell-branded fuel as well as convenience products and services.

Temple TX-based McLane supplies distribution services throughout the United States, delivering food and non-food products to more than 50,000 locations.
