Mitsubishi Forklift Trucks has announced the recipients of its Dealer of the Year award for 2003, based on performances in 2002. All these dealers used the “Striving for Excellence” program, created by Mitsubishi Forklift Trucks, to help drive process improvements and embrace some of the best business practices in setting and benchmarking progress on goals.
