Freightliner LLC has named Brian Mooers general manager of the company's Portland OR truck manufacturing plant, effective April 1, 2003. He is currently Freightliner Group's GM of procurement and supply. Friedrich Baumann will replace him in that capacity. Mooers succeeds Carsten Reinhardt, who was recently named chief executive officer of Detroit Diesel Co, Freightliner's sister company.

Robert F Dubsky has been promoted to president of Hadley Products. He previously served as vice-president of sales and marketing.

Terry M Endsley has been named vice-president and treasurer of both Navistar International Corp and its operating company, International Truck and Engine Corp. Endsley succeeds Thomas M Hough, who was named to the newly created position of vice-president — strategic initiatives. Hough had been vice-president and treasurer of Navistar and its operating company since October 1992. Endsley had been assistant treasurer of Navistar International Corp since 1997.

Magline Inc has added David Paul as materials manager. With APICS certification in production and inventory management, he has more than 22 years of manufacturing and material management experience.

GE I-Sim has named Brian Runkle as its chief executive officer. He comes to GE I-Sim from the GE Commercial Equipment Financing unit, where he was previously CEO of GE Machine Tool Services.
