Brake Brothers, a United Kingdom-based food supplier, is negotiating to acquire the chilled food distribution business of Caerphilly, Wales-based Peter’s Food Service. No further details are available.
Owned by private equity firm Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, Brake Brothers supplies UK caterers with frozen, chilled, and grocery products. Peter’s Food Service supplies chilled products including fruit, vegetables, meats, milk, and dairy products to UK foodservice outlets.
