C H Robinson declares cash dividend

C H Robinson Worldwide Inc’s board of directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 12 cents per share, payable July 1, 2004, to shareholders of record June 4, 2004. The Eden Prairie MN-based third-party logistics company has distributed regular dividends for more than 20 years. As of May 20, 2004, it had approximately 84,808,000 shares outstanding.
