C2 gets a new name—and earns a bundle

Total Logistics Inc, formerly known as C2 Inc, announced its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2004. Net earnings of $1,088,000 for the quarter reflected an increase of 92.4% compared with net earnings of $566,000 reported for 2003's first quarter. Consolidated revenues for the first quarter rose 13.1% to $73.7 million.
In addition, the company announced shareholder approval of its name change from C2 to Total Logistics Inc, effective April 20, 2004. The company has also changed its web site address to www.totallogisticsinc.com. All other contact information will remain the same.
